Partner Brand Toolkit

You're taking part in MCM Comic Con! Now what?

First of all, thank you for being a part of MCM Comic Con. We know you'll want to shout about your participation at the event, it's exciting stuff!

To help you promote your involvement confidently and correctly, we’ve created this guide with everything you need to know about using our brand assets and marketing your presence.

Before you Post

The MCM team work hard to ensure our event is presented consistently and accurately, including the composition of our logos, fonts, scheduled content and more. We care about our brand, and we expect that while partnering with us you show that same care, so we kindly ask that you:

  • Seek approval from your MCM contact before publishing promotional posts or digital materials, unless you’re using our ready-made social assets
  • Follow our official brand guidelines when creating any materials
  • Use only approved logos and assets
  • Tag @MCMComicCon on the final post

Please read the FAQ below to make the process as easy as possible:

FAQ

You wouldn't like your pal posting a pic of you online that's not from your best angle, right? Well neither would we! A lot of work goes on behind the scenes to make sure MCM looks sharp, and we would simply like to make sure this remains the case. We aim to make the approval process quick and collaborative.

At MCM Comic Con, we believe in the power of authentic human creativity. Our show is built on originality and the unique perspectives that human creators can bring. That is why we are committed to supporting and showcasing the creative work of human artists, writers and designers. We do not wish to restrict the use by our contributors of any tools that may assist with minor editing or production (such as spell checkers, image upscalers, basic photo filters and/or accessibility tools). Therefore, assets that have been created using such tools are permitted provided that the core creative process remains human-driven. For further information, please consult our AI policy

Impersonating our social media templates, or having upside down, neon coloured logos are all a big no! Having a thorough read of our brand guidelines linked below should keep you on the right track, and outline any do's and dont's.
