Weekend Ticket holders can enter at Priority Entry times.
Ticket prices can be found here. Once you receive your ticket, you need to activate it via the mobile app.
The team will do their best to help, but not all tickets may be modified. Get in touch with your order details and what ticket type you want to change to and our team will see what is possible. Our customer service email can be found here.
Yes, we’ll have MCM exclusives at the official merch stand plus independent exhibitors and retailers.
For international delivery, the deadline is 31 August. For domestic, the deadline is 14 Sept 2025.
MCM Comic Con is proudly an all-ages event, welcoming fans of every generation. However, please note that some programming, panels, vendors, or exhibit areas may contain mature themes or content not suitable for children. These areas will be clearly marked and may require age verification (ID check or wristband) for entry. We encourage parents and guardians to accompany younger attendees and to review the event schedule and map in advance. Thank you for helping us create a fun, inclusive, and respectful environment for everyone!
At MCM Comic Con, we believe in the power of authentic human creativity. Our show is built on originality and the unique perspectives that human creators can bring. That is why we are committed to supporting and showcasing the creative work of human artists, writers and designers.
To uphold this commitment, we request that our Exhibitors and contributors ensure that all displayed and sold products are created through human skill and creativity.
Products that include creative work that has been wholly or substantially generated using generative AI tools or algorithms —such as text-to-image tools, AI music composition tools, AI-assisted writing tools or code generation tools — are strictly prohibited (“Prohibited Products”).
Examples of Prohibited Products include:
- Visual artwork, such as images, graphics, video content or animations, primarily created with AI image generators.
- Books, magazines, or comics where the writing or illustrations were produced using AI tools.
- AI-generated music or audio.
- AI-generated code sold as original software or tools.
For clarity, we do not wish to restrict the use by our Exhibitors and contributors of any tools that may assist with minor editing or production (such as spell checkers, image upscalers, basic photo filters and/or accessibility tools). Products that have been created using such tools are permitted provided that the core creative process remains human-driven.
Any Exhibitors found in violation of this Policy may be asked to remove any Prohibited Products and/or may be disqualified from participation at MCM Comic Con.
We fully embrace and acknowledge the value of AI in a wide variety of contexts, including within our own business. However, when it comes to creative expression at MCM Comic Con, we choose to stand firmly with human creators. Thank you for respecting and supporting this standard.

An MCM Reservation guarantees your spot for Panels, Meet and Greets, and Author sessions. It lets you plan your MCM agenda in advance, avoiding waiting on the day.

For select guests, photo ops and autographs will be available to pre-purchase via our partners at Epic. Read more here.
Not all of our guests choose to make their photo op and autograph opportunities available for pre-purchase ahead of the show. In those cases, we will share pricing as soon as that info is shared with us and those autographs and photo ops will be available for you to buy at the show. If a guest was previously available for pre-booking but sold out, no further photos or autographs will be made available on the day.
It's a private lounge space with refreshments and a seating area for when you need a break from the show floor!

There are a selection of retail units in the venue that serve a diverse range of tasty food and drinks.

Yes so long as you have your physical ticket, but please note we don’t allow re-entry after an hour before the show closes so please keep this in mind.
There are toilets throughout the boulevard and at the back of halls. Download the app for a full map of the show floor.
In the venue there will be gender neutral toilets on Level 0 by contractor's 8 entrance.
There are 40 toilets for disabled visitors located throughout the building. You’ll find them near the Business Services centre, located on level 0 between hall entrance N4 and S4, the ICC conference suites on Level 3 and the restaurants and cafes on Level 1 and Level 2.

At ExCeL there is free WiFi which is suitable for browsing, social media, and email. When you arrive at the venue, you just need to sign in to '_ExCeL FREE Wi-Fi' using your standard log in, or via LinkedIn, Facebook, or Twitter.
Please note at high volume this can get patch, we recommend downloading the app before you get onsite as it does not require WiFi to access
ExCeL London operates a no-smoking policy throughout the venue, which includes E-cigarettes and vaping. Smoking is permitted in the designated smoking areas outside the venue.

For lost property please contact [email protected]. Please be aware that once notified that lost property has been found, guests have up to 30 days to collect their item(s) before they are donated to a local charity.
There is a multi - faith prayer room at ExCeL London that can be accessed through the grey door next to the S9 entrance on the boulevard.

There are water refill points by the S4 and S7 halls.

We’ve updated our Carer Pass process with the help of experts at Nimbus. To ensure you get the support you need, we offer a free Essential Companion (+1) pass to ticket holders who need the assistance of a carer or companion whilst visiting the show. Read More Here.
VIP Tickets
You can skip the main queue hall and enter through security via the north lorry way door N1 for VIPs, Industry and Accessible Entrance.
If you need help or have a problem with your entry ticket, you can head to the VIP, Industry and Accessible Entry desk in N1. Please note your badge is required for entry and if you forget your entry badge, you'll need to purchase a replacement – so triple check you packed it to keep all your VIP perks!
From the main boulevard inside the Excel, if you enter via boulevard doors S7 (for south hall) or N7 (for north hall) you can show your VIP badge to security staff to enter the show floor 10 mins early. Please note these are the only two doors you can use for early entry.
Room 17, ICC Level 3 Capital Suites. Once inside, head towards the east side of Excel and head up the escalators or up the lift to Level 3 of the ICC.
You can head to the VIP lounge an hour before the main show floor opens, and will stay open until the show closes. Refreshments will be served from 9AM Friday and Sunday, and from 8AM Saturday, until 4PM.
You can get fast lane access to autographs, photo ops and the Main Stage queue – look out for VIP queue or if in doubt ask MCM staff.
Head to the MCM Official Merch Store in south hall through boulevard door S2 and show your order confirmation to pick up your VIP merch.
Simply show your VIP badge to get 15% off everything at the MCM Official Merch Store.
