Introducing the MCM VIP ticket - your one stop shop for fast tracking MCM Comic Con! If you want more information on the exclusives, early access options and special perks to look forward to with VIP, we've got you covered.
Buying an MCM VIP ticket unlocks:
1-hour early access to panel reservations to book your seat at our stage panels before the show
3-day entry during priority entry hours for one (1) person aged 10+ for Friday, Saturday and Sunday
First access to the show floor each day 10 mins before show opening (we’ll let you know which boulevard door to use closer to the show)
Fast pass queue jump for autographs and photo ops (if in doubt ask staff or stewards to direct you)

Fast tracking for VIPs
Show Entry: For entry to the building each morning, VIPs can skip the main Queue Hall queues with your very own VIP entry. There will be directional signs and staff to help you on the day. Once inside, you can enter the show floor 10 minutes before priority opening hours, we’ll share full details on where to go via email. If you opt for VIP, keep an eye on your inbox close to the show.
Queues: With a VIP ticket you'll have separate queues for autograph and photo op queues, and at the Main Stage, to help you navigate them faster. *Please note, new ticket types won't impact accessibility options already available at the show
Panel and Activity Reservation: We'll email you with a reservation link 1 hour before general access. You'll then receive a QR code to scan on the day when you get to the schedule item you booked. *Please arrive at the panel/session in plenty of time. For sold-out panels we may give unclaimed seats away to people waiting that didn't manage to book in advance.
VIP Exclusive Merch and Discounts
Each show we'll have exclusive merch just for VIP ticket holders, and it's included in the price of your ticket! Merch will be available to collect at any time during show hours! You'll also get access to a 15% merch discount - download the app for show maps to locate the MCM Merch Store.
VIP Tickets
VIP and VIP Legends have the same show access, from using the VIP Lounge to show entrances. The key differences are:
VIP ticket holders get early access to panel bookings
VIP Legend ticket holders get early access to guest autograph and photo ops, and additional themed perks. For 23-25 October, these perks are tabletop gaming related. Stay tuned to find out what next year’s VIP Legend theme will be!
Head to the Queue Hall, following signs for VIPs. Once inside it's a quick security check, and you’ll be free to access boulevard, hang out in your VIP lounge at the Pyramid Bar (go up the escalators at West Entrance), or enter the showfloor via the 'Contractor' doors between S4 and S5 (for south hall) or N4 and N5 (for north hall) to enter the show floor 10 mins early. If you need help or have a problem with your entry ticket, you can head to the Express Desk in the Queue Hall. Please note your badge is required for entry and if you forget your entry badge, you'll need to purchase a replacement – so triple check you packed it to keep all your VIP perks!
From the main boulevard inside the Excel, if you enter via boulevard doors you can show your VIP badge to security staff to enter the show floor 10 mins early (specific entry door info coming soon). Please note these are the only two doors you can use for early entry.
You can find the VIP Lounge at the Pyramid Bar which is immediately West as you come out of the Queue Hall. Once inside, head towards the glass pyramid entrance of Excel and head up the escalators or up the lift to the Pyramid Bar. You can head to the VIP lounge an hour before the main show floor opens, and will stay open until the show closes. Refreshments will be served from 9AM Friday and Sunday, and from 8AM Saturday, until 4PM.
You can get fast lane access to autographs, photo ops and the Main Stage queue – look out for VIP queue or if in doubt ask MCM staff.
Head to the VIP Lounge at the Pyramid Bar to pick up your free VIP merch. For any additional merch you pre-ordered or to use your VIP discount, head to the Official MCM Merch Store in south hall.
