Fan Meets

What’s not to love about finding other people who share your passion? MCM London Comic Con is full of fans just like you!

Join one of our Official MCM Photo Meets or one of the meets arranged by fans for fans to geek out together and that priceless group photo.

Register your meet to be included in our schedule listings. .Registration open 27 February  – 10 May 2026.

Listings will be updated approximately once per week when registrations are open.

Please Note: Fan meet listings are provided so fans can find like-minded people at these fan-run activities, inclusion in the listings does not indicate any form of approval from MCM Comic Con staff.  

MCM will assist with avoiding big clashes, where possible, but are unable to provide any additional support for crowd management etc. Any duplication, timing or quality issues are not the responsibility of MCM Comic Con.

Meet organisers are expected to behave with good conduct, in accordance with our anti-harassment policy, and be inclusive of all fans who wish to attend their meet.

What do I need to include in my Fan Meet registration? We need a few basic contact details for admin but you’ll also need to provide details of your meet including the start time, where you will meet everyone and an ‘event page’ where interested people can find out more and check for on the day updates. Suggested link types: A Facebook event page link, a Discord invite with no expiry or a dedicated instagram profile for regular meet organisers. Links to private social media profiles will not be published.

Where can I host my Fan Meet?

Most groups will meet on Royal Victoria Square, A.K.A “The Green” at the West end of the ExCel, near to the steps and the Dockers statue. Make sure not to gather in entry ways or blocking fire exits, and be mindful not to disrupt planned programming, feature areas or exhibitor booths. Meets can be listed as "please check event page for updates" if your location is not set.
