Kids 10 and under go FREE!
Gather your padawans, young wizards and little superheroes! Kids ten (10) and under go free to MCM London Comic Con when accompanied by an adult ticket holder – so you can bring the whole family along to enjoy the show, explore our Treehouse family area and make some memories together.
- MCM tickets cannot be purchased over the phone.
- You can purchase up to ten (10) tickets per type per order. Any and all scalpers that are identified will have their order(s) cancelled and ticket(s) voided.

Accessibility & Carer Passes
Complimentary Carer Passes for MCM London are available for those fans who need special assistance. Any general, priority or weekend ticket holder can request an additional ticket for their carer to attend free of charge. We’ve also got all the information you need on access and accessibility to plan your trip!
All fans aged 11-years-old and up need a ticket. Kids 10 years-old and under can attend MCM free of charge.

Eligible ticket holders can request one free carer pass with any general, priority or weekend ticket. If their application is accepted, they’ll receive a complimentary ticket for one carer to accompany them free of charge. This free ticket will be of equal value to theirs (i.e. a weekend ticket holder requesting this will receive a weekend ticket for their carer).
Yes! If you order after the delivery deadline, simply print your QR code at home, or go entirely paperless and show this on your phone. You’ll show this to our MCM team at the show during registration to receive your badge. If you order before the delivery deadline, we’ll send your badge right to your door so you can skip the pick-up queue and head right on in.
Yes! For MCM London tickets ordered before the delivery deadline, badges will be delivered to your door – so that you can skip pick up at the show and head straight to the boulevard once through security!
Alternatively, if you order after the deadline, you can pick these up at the show by simply bringing the QR code on your confirmation email either as a print out or on your phone to pick up your badges at registration.
Once you purchase a ticket it is yours to have and to hold forever… or at least until the show is over. We don’t offer refunds on any tickets. You can read more in our ticket terms.

Amazing! They will have the BEST time. Kids 10 and under go free with an adult ticket holder, and you will be given a wristband for them on entry to the show. Kids over 10 will need their own ticket. See our content for kids here
Yes! If you arrive after your entry time slot, you can still get into the show up until an hour before closing. e.g. the show closes at 6pm on a Friday, so last entry would be 5pm.
Don’t worry, we’ve got you! Mistakes happen, and here is what you should do in each instance.
What do I do if I want to change my ticket type? Please contact our customer service team who may be able to help. However, this heavily depends on if there are tickets still available for the one you want to change to, and it may come with additional cost.
What if I put the wrong name, email or address on my ticket? Please contact our customer service team who can help update your info.
What do I do if I lose my ticket? We get a limited number of physical tickets ahead of the show, some being mailed out to our fans, and some for collection at the show. If you lose your ticket, you will need to get another one from our collection desk at the show. The desk is on the way into the venue and is usually easy to spot, but please do ask a member of staff if you’re not sure.
There is SO much you can do for FREE with an MCM Comic Con ticket. We can’t squeeze it all in here, so we have created another show guide about what is included.
You are most welcome to buy tickets online on your way into the show and collect your tickets from the collection desk, but we would generally advise against this, as we often sell out of ticket types ahead of the show. Once they are sold out, we won’t have any more available on site at the show, so it’s worth buying them in advance if you are planning on joining us.

If you want to bring one that works with your vibe or cosplay, feel free to do so! However there will be free lanyards you can grab on your way into the show.
We know, and we empathise! You worked really hard on your cosplay and have been excited about wearing it for months. When you’re outside the venue doing photoshoots, you can temporarily remove your ticket. However, when you’re inside the venue, please wear your ticket and lanyard at all times. It is a quick way for our security to know that you are an MCM fan and a ticket holder, keeping you and your fellow MCM fans safe. We don’t want to ruin your look, promise!
You don’t need a text for show entry, so try not to worry! As long as you have your email confirmation or physical ticket, you can enter the MCM show.
