Please view all the travel options to the venue on ExCeL London's transport page on their website
Here’s everything you need to know on how to get to MCM London Comic Con, and how to get inside once you’re at ExCeL London.
Hotels
Want to be close to the action? We’ve partnered with our friends at HotelMap to help you find some of the best deals on accommodation around ExCeL London.
London Public Transport
If you’re heading to ExCeL via public transport, alight at Custom House station and follow our signage towards the Queue Hall on the north lorryway. If in doubt, ask a member of staff or steward to direct you.
If you’re coming by taxi or bus, make sure to head towards the west side of ExCeL and follow signage towards the North Lorryway. If you find yourself on the east side of ExCel, we recommend hopping on the DLR at Prince Regent and alighting at Custom House.
The Elizabeth Line, Jubilee Line and the DLR (Docklands Light Railway) are typically the quickest routes to ExCeL London via the London Underground network. Alight at Canning Town on the Jubilee Line and change onto a Beckton-bound DLR train for the quick two-stop journey to ExCeL: Custom House for ExCeL (for the west entrance).
We recommend attendees keep a close eye on updates and plan to have a back-up route in case of disruption.
By Car
We recommend using the postcode E16 1FR for the entrance to the car park. As you get close to the venue, you should see signs for Royal Docks, City Airport and ExCeL London. Please remember to add extra time to your journey for roadworks and disruption.
Anyone planning to drive to the ExCeL needs to book a car parking space, as the car park fills up extremely quickly during MCM London weekend.
The parking for MCM London in 24-26 October 2025 is sold out, click here for some alterative parking options. Please note these car parks aren't affiliated with MCM Comic Con or Excel London, please check individual tariffs and open times.
If you require disabled parking there are wide bays with minimum dimensions of 5.9m by 3.6m. Access to the building from these bays is along walkways with a gradient of no more than 1:15 and via flat entrance lifts with automatic doors. Please note: the car park only permits vehicles up to a maximum of 1.9 metres in height. Please email [email protected] if you require a disabled space for a taller vehicle. There is more info on accessible parking here. MCM does not control pricing or availability of ExCeL parking.

Our special assistance stickers help staff and volunteers identify and assist anyone who might require support, e.g. individuals who require a carer, with a visible or hidden disability, plus a member of their group. If you require a special assistance sticker, you can request one on your way into the show. Stickers allow access to special assistance lines for entry, special assistance queues for Main Stage panels, and additional support for autographing and photo ops.
If you need our help on site, you can get quick assistance using the Accessibility and Assistance button, or send us a message on WhatsApp on +44 7544 101 545 with your location so a member of staff can help you.
