Meet and Greet Zone


Do you have fans to meet and merch to sell, but don’t have the time to table for the full weekend? The Meet and Greet Zone is a dedicated space, bookable in hourly slots, where you can meet your community face-to-face. If this sounds like you, applications are open now!

Here’s what you need to know before smashing that application form…

Essential information! Please read before applying

Influencers, streamers, cosplayers, podcasters, musicians…anyone who has a community they’d like to connect with at the show. 

It will be located in the South Hall.

You may book a minimum of 1 hour, up to 3 hours per day.

Yes, you may sell merchandise as long as it all fits on 1x 6ft table. Please note if you are selling merchandise, you will need to bring or hire your own PDQ machine, float and so on, in order to facilitate this.

  • Promotion on the MCM’s social media channels, where relevant, and inclusion on the official show schedule.
  • 1x 6ft table space for your allocated time to meet fans and prospectively sell merch
  • 2x chairs
  • 1x Day ticket per person up to a maximum of 2 people per booking - additional tickets can be purchased in the usual way
  • Storage space for merchandise
  • Power for laptops/PDQs etc.
  • Queue management and barriers
  • Area management

Please note dedicated internet, cable adapters, plastic screens, cash boxes and PDQ machines will NOT be provided.

Yes, if this is the nature of your work as a creator i.e. podcaster/streamer groups, cosplay collectives and the like.

We will contact all creators by 5:00 PM BST on 8 of August 2024 with the status of their registration.

If you are successful, a member the team will be in touch with a payment link. You must pay in full by 11 of September in order to reserve your space, so please plan accordingly.

If you are accepted, are coming from outside of the UK and plan to sell merchandise or similar items, please ensure you are authorised to sell in the UK. This is not at MCM’s discretion; we suggest you look for expert guidance on this before displaying and selling items at MCM Comic Con if you are not a UK resident.
