It's the perfect spot for you to articulate your unique personality, interests, and knowledge within your respective field, and meet your community IRL!

The Creator Pavilion is a paid-for area of the show floor for groups or individuals who are looking to staff a table for all three days of the event, meet their audience, grow their network and sell merchandise.

A listing on the website and promotion where relevant on social media channels i.e. mentions of the Creator Pavilion
Please note, the space will not include backing or side walls
As space is limited, tables are available strictly on a one per person/group basis. If you are looking to book a bigger space on the show floor, please apply for a retailer table.
No, the Creator Pavilion is strictly for those looking to have a presence for all three days of the convention. Please apply for a slot in the Meet and Greet Zone, which is available to book on an hourly basis.
The Creator Pavilion is curated and NOT first-come, first-served; the order that we receive applications does not have an impact on whether you receive a table. Applications will be reviewed by a panel and tables will be allocated to provide a well-rounded mix of creators that represent the MCM x EGX creator community as a whole.
The Creator Pavilion will be located in the South Hall as part of a wider creator oriented footprint.

Yes, if this is the nature of your work as a creator i.e. podcaster/streamer groups, cosplay collectives and the like.
We will contact all creators by 5:00 PM BST on 8 of August 2024 with the status of their registration.
If you are successful, a member the team will be in touch with a payment link. You must pay in full by 11 of September in order to reserve your space, so please plan accordingly.
Yes, 2x exhibitor passes will be included. Any extra passes required in addition to this allocation will be chargeable at a rate of £100 each.
If you are accepted, are coming from outside of the UK and plan to sell merchandise or similar items, please ensure you are authorised to sell in the UK. This is not at MCM’s discretion; we suggest you look for expert guidance on this before displaying and selling items at MCM Comic Con if you are not a UK resident.
