Complimentary Carer Passes for MCM Birmingham are available for those fans who need special assistance. Any general, priority or weekend ticket holder can request an additional ticket for their carer to attend free of charge. We’ve also got all the information you need on access and accessibility to plan your trip!
Ticket FAQs
All fans aged 5-years-old and up need a ticket. Kids 5-10 can enter with the discounted Daily Kids Ticket. Kids 4 years-old and under can attend MCM free of charge.
MCM tickets cannot be purchased over the phone.
You can purchase up to ten (10) tickets per type per order. Any and all scalpers that are identified will have their order(s) cancelled and ticket(s) voided.
Prices above do not include admin fees or shipping. Admin fees and shipping will be added to your order during checkout.

- Priority Entry Tickets: 10am - 6pm
- General Entry Tickets: 12pm - 6pm
SATURDAY:
- Priority Entry Tickets: 9am - 6pm
- General Entry Tickets: 11am - 6pm
SUNDAY:
- Priority Entry Tickets: 10am - 5pm
- General Entry Tickets: 12pm - 5pm

Yes! You can print off your QR code at home or go entirely paperless and have it on your phone. You’ll show this to our MCM team at the show during registration.
Once you purchase a ticket it is yours to have and to hold forever… or at least until the show is over. We don’t offer refunds on any tickets. You can read more in our ticket terms.
