Sci-Fi your thing? Then MCM Comic Con Birmingham is the place for you! Whether you're a Trekkie, running from the Empire, or just love everything Sci-Fi, then this is the guide for you. So set your engines to warp speed and join us at the NEC this November.
“Don’t move!”, The 501 UK Garrison is here!
The 501st UK Garrison is a non-profit costuming organisation whose goal is to put realism into costuming and good into the world, and they’re heading to MCM Comic Con Birmingham. As ordered from the Empire they will be there for you to learn more about what they do, take photos, and try to find the droids they are looking for!
Become the Jedi you were born to be
The Silver Sabres LED Sabre Combat Academy will be returning to MCM Birmingham this Winter. Sign up for a session and learn how to wield a Sabre! Swing by their booth early as places are limited. Included in your ticket!
Exterminate!
For the Doctor Who lovers, Project Dalek will be at MCM Birmingham for photo ops, or if you want to test your skills with your Sonic Screwdriver! There will also be a "Doctor Who Timey Wimey Pub Quiz" Friday 3:50pm - 4:50pm on Live Stage

Do a barrel roll into Side Quest
Want to see if you can win a Podrace, or get the best ending for Commander Shepard? Well then head over to the Side Quest area and play their retro Sci-Fi games. Controllers not really your thing? Then don’t worry, we have loads of tabletop games for you to try your hand at. From Terraforming Mars to Star Realms there is something at Side Quest for everyone!
HADO AR!
Computer bring up the holodeck! New for MCM Birmingham, Hado AR is an augmented reality sport where you can challenge old friends and make new ones as you fire balls of energy at your opponents. Find out more on our Hado page.
