Ubisoft Brings Assassin’s Creed Shadows to EGX and MCM Comic Con for First UK Hands

Ubisoft will showcase Assassin's Creed Shadows at EGX x MCM this October. This will be the first opportunity for UK gamers to play the much-anticipated next entry in Ubisoft’s Assassin’s Creed series and it’s included in your ticket.

Taking place in feudal Japan, players will take control of protagonists Fujibayashi Naoe and Yasuke as their journeys collide throughout the story. Naoe is on a path to avenge her father Fujibayashi Nagato, one of Japan’s most prominent ninjas, whilst Yasuke ends up in the service of Japan’s great unifier, Oda Nobunaga, after surviving an attack on the slave ship he was on.

Ubisoft fans are encouraged to look out for additional announcements, as ReedPop will be revealing opportunities to take part in even more Assassin’s Creed activities at the show in the coming months. Attendees will also be able to play Just Dance 2025 on MCM Comic Con x EGX’s Fringe Stage.

EGX will take place alongside MCM Comic Con at ExCeL London from the 25 to the 27 of October, and will be the first time both events come together under one roof. The show will offer guests the chance to play the latest games, attend fascinating panels from top developers and get their foot in the door of the gaming industry at the EGX Career Fair.
