Families Embrace the Festive Spirit at MCM Birmingham

With less than 50 days to go until Christmas, families are invited to get into the festive spirit later this month at MCM Comic Con Birmingham.

A place for superheroes of all ages, The Treehouse at MCM Birmingham offers the perfect space for children and families to enjoy both festive and fantasy crafting activities, story times, and a full programme of family-friendly interactive sessions and entertaining performances. Children aged 10 and under can attend free when accompanied by an adult ticket holder, making MCM Birmingham the ultimate festive family adventure

At MCM Birmingham, there will be a range of festive activities to enjoy, including:

  • Davros’ Grotto

    • Davros has decided to embark on a new career path this Christmas with the team from Project Dalek! Get into the festive spirit with the creator of the Daleks to tell him what’s on your wishlist.

  • Meet Santa

    • Santa will be in The Treehouse each day for storytime, photos and a chance for little ones to tell them what’s on their list.

  • Present Shopping

    • MCM is the perfect place for families to start their Christmas shopping. There will be a wealth of retailers and artists, offering many opportunities to find the perfect nerdy gifts for friends and family.

  • Seasonal Crafting

    • Attendees can head to The Treehouse for festive family crafting all weekend and the chance to make something to take home and treasure; including cards, tree decorations and more.

Additionally, The Treehouse will be offering:

  • Face Painting

    • The face-painting station is included in every ticket, offering children a chance to transform into their favourite superheroes, comic-book characters or princesses.

  • Performances
