The Artist Alley stage is also host to a range of comic book panels, available for all ticket holders:

  • The Other People: Comic Creation Outside of Writing and Drawing @ 3:00pm

    • What do the comic creators that aren't writers or artists actually do? Why is the letterer, editor, colourist, designer or flatter just as important as anyone else on the creative team? We will dive into the range of roles in comics outside of words and pictures.

  • Friendly Local Comic Shops @ 4:00pm

    • Join a group of comics, retailers and pros as they explain why comic shops are so important to the industry, how they bring communities together and why they are key to the future of the industry! Plus they will explain what terms like FOC mean, why your support is so important to creators and tell some stories of their favourite moments in store!

In addition to their offerings for comic fans, MCM Comic Con is the ultimate celebration of all things geek and pop culture. The convention is packed full of activities, panels, live shows, workshops and independent vendors for lovers of comics, fantasy, science fiction, anime and gaming of all ages.

Keep an eye on the official MCM Comic Con pages for the latest announcements as ReedPop reveals more exciting guests, panels and activities in the lead up to October’s MCM Comic Con in London.
