Getting Here
First things first! If you’re heading to ExCeL via DLR or Elizabeth Line, alight at Custom House station. If you’re coming by car, taxi or bus, make sure to head towards the west side of ExCeL. If you find yourself on the east side of ExCel, we recommend hopping on the DLR at Prince Regent and alighting at Custom House.
For Weekend, Priority and General tickets: On the west side of ExCeL, follow MCM signage towards the Queue Hall on the north lorryway. If in doubt, ask a member of staff or steward to direct you.
For Press, Creators, Industry and Carer Pass: Enter via the west pyramid entrance. If in doubt, ask a member of staff or steward to direct you.
For accessibility:
- West Entrance – Easily accessible from Custom House station, Carer pass holders, and those requiring special assistance can enter here.
- East Entrance – Closed to the general public for MCM London May. If you are entering via the east we recommend using the DLR for just one stop to hop from Prince Regent Station to Custom house.
- Queue Hall – In the queue hall you can find additional support at the accessibility desk
- Undercroft – Weekend and Priority ticket holders who require special assistance are permitted entry through the undercroft and make their way to the West Entrance carer desk.
Please note: during general entry hours all attendees requiring special assistance will need to enter via the West Entrance. You can re-enter from the West Entrance or via the Queue Hall.
Important: Potential Disruptions
For those attending the final day of MCM Comic Con (26th May) by road, please be aware you may need to allow extra time for your journey - or seek alternative routes - due to local road closures for the Ride London cycle event.
Where possible, it is recommended to use public trains/underground to complete your journey and to plan in advance. See the ExCeL map here.

Entry Times
Entry times are slightly different each day and depend on which ticket you purchased.
FRIDAY:
- Priority Entry Tickets: 10am - 6pm
- General Entry Tickets: 12pm - 6pm
SATURDAY:
- Priority Entry Tickets: 9am - 7pm
- General Entry Tickets: 11am - 7pm
SUNDAY:
- Priority Entry Tickets: 10am - 5pm
- General Entry Tickets: 12pm - 5pm
Join us for After Hours Friday and Saturday til 8pm.
Weekend Ticket holders can enter at Priority Entry times.
Entry
If you’ve already had physical tickets delivered, there are just a few simple steps to get you into MCM London!
Step 1: Activate your ticket!
Now that you have your physical ticket, don’t forget to activate it via the app prior to entering the event! You can do this ahead of time so that all you have to do on the day is focus on having the best weekend of the year.
Step 2: Head to Queue Hall
Head to the queue hall via the north lorryway from the west side of ExCeL. If in doubt, follow MCM signage or reach out to one of our friendly stewards for help!
For families with children 10 and under, make sure to pick up wristbands at the door for your young padawan!
Step 3: Security Check
Have your bags, cosplay weapons and tesseracts ready for inspection!
You’re in!
For those of you who chose to have your badge delivered to you at home, you’ll skip the pick-up queue and head to the boulevard. Free lanyards are available for free to hang your new MCM London ticket. That was easy!
Purchased ahead of time and just need to pick up your physical ticket at the show? We got you!
Step 1: Head to Queue Hall
Head to the queue hall via the north lorryway from the west side of ExCeL and enter via door 20. If in doubt, follow MCM signage or reach out to one of our friendly stewards for help!
Step 2: Security
All fans will need to go through security checks so have your bags, cosplay weapons and tesseracts ready for inspection.
Step 3: Pick Up Tickets
Bring the PDF ticket or QR code on your confirmation email to collect your ticket from the collection desk. Simply follow signage for ticket pick up after security checks, or ask a member of staff if you need more help.
If you ordered more than one ticket and only received one PDF, that’s normal. Our team will receive full details of your order, just have your confirmation email to hand and you’re all set.
Step 4: Activate your ticket!
Once you pick up your physical ticket(s), don’t forget to activate it via the app! Each badge needs activating individually, even if someone else bought it for you.

- West Entrance – Easily accessible from Custom House station, Carer pass holders, and those requiring special assistance can enter here.
- East Entrance – Closed to the general public, this entry is only open to those who require special assistance and will be escorted by a member of staff to the main Queue Hall.
- Queue Hall – In the queue hall you can find additional support at the accessibility desk

If you require assistance at the show, let a member of staff know or visit the Accessibility Helpdesk on Level 1 of the Platinum Suite, accessible from the main boulevard between Halls N6 and S6. You can also request a special assistance sticker at the query desk in queue hall or at the west entrance carer check-in. The stickers allow access to special assistance lines for entry to the venue, special assistance queues for panels, and additional support for autographing/photo ops.
If you encounter issues on site and do not see a member of staff or security nearby, text us at +447818 988748 with details on the issue you are encountering along with your location, and a member of staff will contact you.
If you are picking up press, creator or industry pass, enter via the west pyramid entrance. Bring your confirmation email to pick up your pass.
Fans can re-enter the building through the West Pyramid Entrance. There will be a separate accessible re-entry line.

- Saturday 25 May: 11:00 – 18:30
- Sunday 26 May: 12:00 – 16:30
