Videogame voice legends Troy Baker and Nolan North are on their way to MCM Scotland next month, joining a comic con guest list that includes fellow voice talents Jess Harnell (Animaniacs), Charlet Chung (Overwatch), Zach Callison (Steven Universe) and Vic Mignogna (Fullmetal Alchemist). The duo, who star together in the Uncharted franchise, The Last of Us and the new God of War, will be attending the full weekend of the SEC Glasgow show.
One of the most popular voice actors currently working out of LA, Troy Baker’s career highlights include Booker DeWitt in BioShock Infinite, Kanji Tatsumi in Persona 4, Pagan Min in Far Cry 4 and Joel in The Last of Us – a role the Texan is set to reprise in Part II of Naughty Dog’s survival horror masterpiece. Also set to appear in upcoming Hideo Kojima actioner Death Stranding, Troy’s many credits include Uncharted: The Lost Legacy, Final Fantasy XIII, Batman: Arkham Origins, Tales from the Borderlands and Metal Gear Solid V.
Best known for his BAFTA-nominated turn as Uncharted protagonist Nathan Drake, Nolan North’s other high profile roles include Desmond Miles in the Assassin’s Creed series, Ghost in Destiny 2, Rocket Raccoon in Telltale’s Guardians of the Galaxy and the Penguin in the Batman: Arkham franchise. Other titles on Nathan’s lengthy videogame résumé include The Last of Us, Spec Ops: The Line, Injustice: Gods Among Us, Saints Row IV, Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor and this year’s critically-acclaimed God of War.
