Videogame voice legend Jennifer Hale is the latest special guest to be announced for July’s MCM Manchester Comic Con. Recognised by Guinness World Records as the ‘Most Prolific Voice Actress in Video Games’, Jennifer is probably best known for playing ‘FemShep’, the female Commander Shepard in Bioware’s acclaimed Mass Effect franchise.
Hailed as the ‘Meryl Streep of the medium’ by the New Yorker magazine, Jennifer Hale has voiced characters for top titles such as Baldur’s Gate, Metroid Prime, Metal Gear Solid, Spider-Man, BioShock Infinite and Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic. Meanwhile, recent appearances include Horizon Zero Dawn, Middle-Earth: Shadow of War, For Honor, World of Warcraft: Legion, Star Trek: Bridge Crew and World of Final Fantasy.
The award-winning Canadian-American voice artist has also starred in a whole host of animated shows, with credits ranging from Batman: The Brave and the Bold, Ben 10 and Justice League to Avatar: The Last Airbender, The Legend of Korra and Samurai Jack.
