Red Dead Redemption II stars ride into town for MCM Birmingham
MCM Birmingham to welcome Roger Clark, Rob Wiethoff and Benjamin Byron Davis, the rootin’, tootin’ voice stars of best-selling videogame Red Dead Redemption II.
MCM Birmingham will be saying howdy to a trio of voice stars from acclaimed game Red Dead Redemption II, with Roger Clark, Rob Wiethoff and Benjamin Byron Davis swapping the Wild West for the West Midlands when Comic Con returns to the NEC in March.
A prequel to 2010 hit Red Dead Redemption, Rockstar Games’ latest western epic sees Roger Clark play anti-hero protagonist Arthur Morgan, an outlaw and member of the notorious Van der Linde gang. With the day of the gunslingers drawing to a close, Morgan and his companions realise that it’s time to cash in their chips and retire – but the Pinkertons are on hot their trail and gang leader Dutch always has one last heist in mind...
Rob Wiethoff reprises his award-winning role as John Marston, the main character of the first Red Dead Redemption. In Red Dead II, we encounter John back in his younger days as an outlaw, riding alongside Morgan in the Van der Linde outfit. Meanwhile, Rockstar veteran Benjamin Byron Davis (GTA: San Andreas, L.A. Noire) plays Dutch himself – a complex, charismatic man whose principled fight against corruption sits uncomfortably with his increasingly paranoid and autocratic behaviour.
