1, The ONLY tickets that you can buy via the online store are for ‘PRIORITY ENTRY’ (Priority Entry tickets are available to buy at the event, buying them in advance allows PRIORITY access over those buying them on the day.
2, ‘GENERAL ENTRY’ tickets are only available to buy when you arrive at the event and not at any time before.
3, Having an priority entry ticket makes gaining access to the show much easier.

Priority entry gives access before general entry times, it does not guarantee you will get in at 9.30am.

*If the priority ticket allocation sells out in advance for any day there would be NO Priority Tickets available to buy onsite for that day, only General Entry.
PLEASE NOTE: ‘Kids go Free’ offer applies to children 5 years of age and under before 11am, extended to children 10 and from 11am onwards. Offer is restricted to a maximum of two children per paying adult.
Priority Entry Tickets give you access to the show before General Entry go on sale.
You may still have to get in line each day as a large number of people arrive before 9.30am to wait for the doors to open. It is not possible for everyone to enter at 9.30am. You will enter in the order you arrive.
GENERAL ENTRY TICKETS
Are ONLY available at the door on the day of the event, they are ‘NOT’ available to purchase in advance!
Saturday: 11am to 5.30pm (Last ticket sale 4.30pm)
General Entry: Adult Ticket (15 years old & above): £8
General Entry: Child Ticket (11 to 14): £5
*Last re-entry into the event is 30 minutes prior to closing time.
KIDS 10 and under GO FREE:
Children (10 years & under) gain ‘FREE GENERAL ENTRY’ if accompanied by a full paying adult (restricted to 2 children per full paying adult), this offer is NOT available for Priority Entry Tickets.
Why buy a Priority ENTRY ticket in advance?
If you purchase a Priority Entry ticket in advance you will gain entry to the event before those people who buy them on the day!
Although people buying the Priority Entry ticket on the day gain earlier entry than those buying General Entry tickets, pre-booked ticket holders will always get priority!
Pre-Booking does in all cases allow faster entry!
If you have bought an ‘Priority Entry’ ticket in advance:
If you purchase a ‘Priority Entry’ ticket in advance they are sent as E Tickets, you will receive a PDF to print out which is attached to your order confirmation email within a couple of minutes of you making an order. Do check your spam box before contacting MCM about missing tickets.
If you have purchased an ‘Priority Entry’ ticket in advance When you arrive at the Midlands MCM Expo you will NOT be required to check in, you simply join the CORRECT line which will be marked ‘PRE PURCHASED PRIORITY TRACK’. Your ticket will need to be presented as you enter the event.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
*Please be aware that ALL tickets once booked in advance or bought on the day are NON-TRANSFERABLE and NON-REFUNDABLE under any circumstances or for any reason.
*The resale or attempted resale of a purchased ticket is illegal and will render them VOID and anyone found using it or them will be refused entry.
*Tickets breaching our T&C will be cancelled and no refund will be entered into.
