*How do I buy a ticket?
Tickets can be purchased from our online store HERE. Shortly after purchase you will receive both a confirmation email & an email with e-tickets attached- please check your junk folder. E-tickets can be printed or displayed on your phone. Please note that the exchange & refund period is 3 days from purchase.
If you have any issues or need tickets re-sending then please contact email@example.com with the booker’s name, email & order number or phone us.
With a Priority Entry ticket you can bring along up to 2 children aged 5 or under for free (or 2 children aged 10 or under after General Entry time).
Photo Sessions are available from the online store 3 weeks before the event, or on the day if slots are still available.
Autograph signings can only be purchased on the day and the guest will provide a print. Some guests are happy to sign an item of your own in place of this.
You must arrive to the area ready for when your chosen guest is scheduled to be photographed/sign. Schedules will be available online in the week before the show.

*Is MCM Manchester Comic Con accessible?
The Manchester Central venue is fully accessible.
We offer a free carer pass & timed-entry for eligible visitors. Please note that this system must close a week before the event in order to process all applications.

Am I allowed to take photographs and video?
We welcome you to take as many photographs and videos that you can, although please ask permission and adhere to everyone’s wishes.
No photography or videos are allowed to be taken for financial gain, they are only allowed to be used for personal use unless cleared and agreed by MCM Expo Group management in writing.
During selected MCM Theatre Talks and presentations photography and video is not allowed, but you will be notified if this is the case.
Will my photograph be taken or will I be filmed?
Because of the nature MCM Manchester Comic Con we attract a lot of press and media attention, what this means is that there are always many film crews, photographers, publications and broadcasters in attendance.
By attending MCM Manchester Comic Con you are agreeing that you are allowing press and MCM Expo Group crews to use your attendance either by way or image, voice or combined in productions and for press.
Is there bag storage or a cloakroom at the venue?
Cosplayers will be able to store items at the Cosplay Desk at their own risk.
How do I become a steward?
