We’re delighted to announce that Falling Skies stars Drew Roy, Sarah Carter and writer/executive producer Remi Aubuchon will both be attending this May’s MCM London Comic Con.
Drew Roy plays Hal Mason in the Steven Spielberg series, which is set in the chaotic aftermath of an alien attack that has left most of America in ruins. Hal fights alongside his father Tom (Noah Wyle) as a member of the human resistance. Brave but impulsive, he goes to great lengths to rescue his brother Ben (played by Connor Jessup, a previous MCM Expo guest) from the alien Skitters.
Alabama-born Roy also played Miley Cyrus’ love interest in the final season of Hannah Montana, as well as appearing in 2010 big screen sports drama Secretariat. Other credits include guest starring roles on iCarly, Greek and Lincoln Heights.
Sarah Carter plays tough and fearless fighter Maggie, who was a reluctant member of Pope’s post-apocalyptic gang before switching allegiances to Tom and Hal’s squad. Sarah has led a hard life, but has come out of it strong, cool under pressure and a crack shot – all of which stands her in good stead in the war-torn world of Falling Skies.
Sarah starred as a series regular on Shark playing rookie prosecutor Madeline Poe, and has also appeared on shows such as Boston Legal, Smallville, Entourage, Numb3rs, Dirty Sexy Money, CSI:NY and Judd Apatow/Seth Rogen comedy Undeclared.
Alongside Drew and Sarah will be Remi Aubuchon, one of Falling Skies’ acclaimed writers and executive producers. Aubuchon is also well known as co-creator of the Battlestar Galactica prequel series Caprica, executive producer and writer for the second season of 24 and writer for the second season of Stargate Universe.
