There are only a few days left until May 20th and 21st , when the MCM Hannover Comic Con is finally coming back to the fairgrounds of the Deutsche Messe AG in Hanover! Just like last year there will be lots of fun activities for all fans – big and small. And the best thing: Kids 10 years and under go in for free when accompanied by a paying adult*!
A giant inflatable Minion is waiting for visitors in the Kid Zone. Four more Minions, which have previously been on tour all over Northern Germany for a street art promotion, have been hidden somewhere on the show floor, and are waiting to be discovered by the kids. In addition, kids can meet Finn and Jake from Adventure Time, which are roaming the venue as well.
There is also a lot to discover during our stamp scavenger hunt. Kids receive a stamp card, which they can have stamped at different stands all over the show floor. Fully completed cards can be exchanged for fantastic prizes!
Kids that are still not powered out after the stamp scavenger hunt can have their faces painted to look like their favourite superhero, play a round of laser tag in the Lasergame arena, or a round of Pinball at one of the arcade machines.
But that’s not all! TV and movie stars like Daniela Ruah (NCIS:LA), Katie Cassidy (Arrow, Gossip Girl, Supernatural) or Scott Adkins (The Expendables, Undisputed, The Bourne Ultimatum) are available for autographs and photo sessions. There are two wrestling shows each day, as well as Pokémon, Yu-Gi-Oh and Magic card game tournaments. And you have the chance to challenge eSport professionals (one of them playing with Schalke 04) to a round of FIFA 17.
In addition to all the above, there will of course be a number of comic artists, Star Wars and The Walking Dead fan groups, as well as a lot of cosplayers, attending the show.
