Coaching for Geeks turns geeks into superheroes every day. Their league of coaches specialise in confidence, careers, dating, fitness, and geeky business growth – everything the modern geek needs to excel(sior). And they are heading for MCM Birmingham Comic Con!

They have the UK’s #1 Games & Hobbies podcast, despite it not really being about games or hobbies, they have helped thousands of geeks to level up their careers, dating, fitness, and even have hidden powers in growth hacking social media and YouTube channels.

Having attended previous MCM Comic Cons, the team are returning to get in front of the camera as well as behind it. Not only will they be bringing you the news, cosplay, panels, announcements and all the goss from the guests and show floor, but also be taking to the stage four times across the weekend.

Self-confessed Nintendo fanboy and founder of Coaching for Geeks, Robin Bates, was a shy, pale, child and it took him about 30 years to sort his head out. From shy geek to loving it on stage, he has spoken at the Palace of Westminster, across the UK and Ireland and is as happy on stage as he is playing Mario Kart.

On the Saturday, Robin and the great Costume & Play team will chat about the cosplay lifestyle; from costume creation, craft, to the positive effects cosplay can have on one’s life on the Live Stage at 13:45.

Ever wanted to talk all things geek with the director of the Quidditch Premier League? Well now you can – Jack Lennard will join Robin on stage to ask what is a geek anyway?

Last and by no means least; the one panel not to be missed… ‘One Life Left – Play the Hero or Be the Hero?’ will see Robin on the Live Stage at 11:30am on Sunday say how we only have one life in this world: “Don’t get stuck playing on easy. Last life left. No continues. You want more. Coaching for Geeks can help you get it. Hit start to begin.”
