Harry Potter, Games of Thrones, Doctor Who, Captain America… Olivier and BAFTA-winning actor David Bradley has appeared in a host of famous sci-fi, superhero and fantasy titles – and you can meet the man himself at MCM Birmingham Comic Con later this month!
Probably best known for playing grumpy Hogwarts caretaker Argus Filch in the Harry Potter movies and villainous nobleman Lord Walder Frey in HBO hit Game of Thrones, the Yorkshire-born Bradley will be meeting fans at our Birmingham show on Sunday 19 November.
An accomplished stage, film and TV actor, David’s many other roles include appearances on Doctor Who, most recently in tenth series finale ‘The Doctor Falls’; Marvel blockbuster Captain America: The First Avenger; critically-acclaimed crime drama Broadchurch; Edgar Wright comedies Hot Fuzz and The World’s End and vampire horror series The Strain.
David Bradley’s other credits include a much-praised performance as William Hartnell in Doctor Who docudrama An Adventure in Space and Time; Michael Caine action-thriller Harry Brown; rumbustious historical drama The Tudors; Terry Pratchett adaptation The Colour of Magic and groundbreaking ‘90s series Our Friends in the North.
